Vice President of Digital Technology
As the strategic owner of the Digital Technology vision, the Vice President, Digital Technology, you’ll define, and drive the digital vision, enabling a cohesive digital strategy across the enterprise. You’ll be the owner of the digital technology vision, strategy and roadmap and works with cross-functional teams to align the vision with the Company’s overall strategy and client experience needs. As the Vice President, Digital Technology, you’ll identify opportunities for growth, evaluate and implement solutions and align the technology vision with the company wide digital vision to deliver a world-class digital experience.
What you’ll do, reporting directly to the CIO
Create the future technology digital vision and strategy that aligns and enables the larger company digital vision.
Become the technology thought leader, and work with teams to design, develop and deliver a world-class digital experience for our company.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure company vision and mission consistency.
Ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications.
Advocate new optimization methods to improve customer experience.
Effectively use data to analyze problems and opportunities, build business plans and forecasts for the Digital experience; clearly define key measurements that define success.
Collaborate with internal partners, such as Marketing and Operations, and external partners to successfully deliver the right digital experience.
Maintain the digital focus of technology regardless of changing conditions, by evangelizing a compelling vision, and collaborating with colleagues across the company.
Provide timely and comprehensive leadership updates about the product vision and strategy.
What you’ll need to be successful
Experience leading teams consisting of both full time and contractor, managers and technical resources.
Strong focus on user experience and long-term outcomes.
Proven track record implementing a digital vision.
Extensive experience with web-based technologies and web analytics.
Excellent interpersonal and team / servant management skills.
Strong analytical skills, highly collaborative.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field (a plus).
