Position Title:

Telecom Sales & Business Solutions Representative – US Territories


Eligible to work 100% Remote (working from home) but you’ll be required to travel as needed to your assigned territory (Washington D.C, South Florida, Mid-West, and so on)

Position Summary:

As a Sales & Business Solutions Representative – your challenge will be to build upon our track record of success within your assigned United States region/geography by identifying, developing and winning complex telecommunications solutions that solve our customers’ communications needs.

Core Responsibilities:

Your success in managing and growing multimillion dollar sales goals will be rewarded with a top tier commission program. You will develop and implement plans for Enterprise Accounts within your territory that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty. You will pursue long-term account strategy that maximizes profits and assist in cultivating long-term relationships with the appropriate key account decision makers. You will develop a complete understanding of the organization’s structure and key buying influences of assigned account. You will perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings. You will provide management with suggestions for improving volume, market share, and price levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience selling Communications (Voice, Data, Energy Trading, Security & Self Service) products and solutions to mid-size to large organizations in the North East
  • Demonstrate New Business and Installed Base Management skills with a track record of meeting & exceeding multi-million dollar sales goals
  • Ability to work with and sell through Channel & Alliance Partners
  • Experience in using ROI tools and Financial Modeling as a part of your sales process
  • Successful negotiator with C-level decision-makers
  • Clear concise communication skills, solid business sense, and presentation skills
  • Training in advanced Account Management and Selling techniques though top-tier programs such as: •Holden International Sales Training
  • Achieve Global
  • Critical Path Selling
  • Target Account Selling

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Be prepared to provide examples of your successes in consultative solutions selling, that demonstrates drive and skills needed to effectively manage your market and customers.
