Right now, we are seeking a Financial Institutions (FI) Senior Client Account Manager based in Omaha, NE or Washington, DC covering all of the United States. The Senior Client Account Manager proactively services top end FI customers using multiple channels. In this role you will manage relationships and monitor performance through face-to-face meetings, training and service calls covering in-depth business reviews to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.

This results-oriented position will be responsible for advancing all stages of new high impact initiatives into our most strategically important partnership verticals including Financial Institutions. In this capacity, the candidate will have to work cross-functionally in collaboration with internal partners including sales, marketing, product and client management. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience promoting new product and service offering across a payments or capital markets-oriented client base with the intent to increase adoption rates and associate revenue.

  • Promotion of foreign exchange hedging and risk solutions within bank and credit union networks.
  • In conjunction with client management, will be responsible for the formation of discrete plans to foster adoption of FX risk solution offering key parties within financial institutions including capital markets, corporate treasury and business banking.
  • Development of FI collateral providing executive level analytics related to growth and revenue opportunity including a systematic review process of progressions.
  • Direct collaboration with relevant marketing and sales personnel within the FI to ensure optimal level of devotion and outcome is obtained with respect to the FIs online FX presence, social media utilization, staff education and end client experience.
  • Develop and implement a suite of executive level analytics, reports with tangible success KPIs that can be utilized by our channel partners and client management teams to ensure we’re successfully promoting a well-defined set of performance objectives across the base.
  • Plan and develop web, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns.

  • Work in partnership across all the channels to create and implement client specific US Dollar to FX conversion education plans designed to increase local currency utilization rates.
    On a post sales implementation basis, work with relevant parties to enhance the effectiveness with which our strategic partners promote our respect FX and payment services via their channels.
  • In collaboration with strategic partnership and sales resources, create and implement individualized “pathway to success” programs to ensure highest level of growth and monetary outcome is realized.
  • In conjunction with our marketing and client management teams, design and implement client specific retention and referral with intent of improving levels of attrition, utilization rates and overall revenue.
  • Ability to identify trends and insights across verticals and share findings to both internal and external stakeholders.

What will make you stand out:

  • Graduate degree in business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years’ experience working in cross-functional capacity including with sales, marketing, strategic partnership, product and client management.
  • Prior experience in international payments, foreign exchange or affiliated capital markets.
  • Highly creative with tangible experience in targeting prospects and/or clients and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Working knowledge in website analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
