At Ostara Australia, we’re all about people.

But our vision of putting people first doesn’t stop there: our positive, social working culture, opportunities for learning and professional development, and reward and recognition programs all go some way towards demonstrating just how much we value each and every member of our team.
We are currently in the process of implementing an exciting new Service Model within the Employment Services sector. And we have the perfect opportunity for you to do just that – with us.
You’ll be stepping into a role with big (but achievable!) goals: to keep sites operating at a high level, to ensure that each site achieves and exceeds it’s set KPIs, and to continually guide your staff towards success. You’ll draw upon at least minimum 3+ years experience in the Employment Services sector to help you as you mentor, coach and strengthen the performance of your team. And you’ll firmly establish ongoing relationships in the area with local businesses and employers, with a view to building sustainable and ongoing opportunities for our clients.
