If you’re starting your career, our initial training program is a unique way to acclimate and onboard new sales hires to J.J. Keller. As a blended curriculum approach integrating both classroom and application methods of learning, this strategy results in setting new hires up for long term success, by keeping associates engaged and challenged through their sales careers.

  • Ability to be assumptive while using an outbound sales call approach
  • Effectively apply sales process while remaining confident and assertive
  • Openly accept and apply sales coaching and feedback
  • Strong verbal communication and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively deal with sales rejection
  • Strong computer aptitude

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required.
