Reception, Admin & Accounts Assistant

Established, reputable Construction company in the Western Suburbs
Family owned business with off street parking
Your new permanent full time position as a Receptionist / Administrator / Accounts Assistant will include, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls, redirecting calls, taking messages, collection and distribution of mail.
Meet and greet visitors and making coffees
Ensure kitchen area is kept tidy including emptying of bins and ordering kitchen supplies.
Communicate (both verbal and written) to suppliers, council offices and other relevant stakeholders
Order office supplies
Data entry of creditors and debtors and allocating to GL accounts
Create files and file documents, generate and format documents and print labels to a professional standard.
Collate supplier invoices and statements, match supplier invoices to PO and get them approved
Itemize all credit card payments on a spreadsheet
Making payments using the company credit card
All accounting information to be passed onto the bookkeeper.
