The Manager of CRM and Omni-channel planning will be a critical center point for DGPB/7FAM/Splendid’s transformation into a customer-centered, multi-channel marketing organization and will play a key role in leading the transformation.
The Manager of CRM/Omni will support Ecommerce leadership by connecting Ecommerce to the broad set of cross-functional stakeholders to design, plan and execute multi-channel marketing efforts. Partnering with these cross-functional stakeholders, the Manager of CRM and Omni-Channel Planning will oversee defining, designing and executing multi-channel marketing programs to support key business objectives such as Customer Lifecycle, full-funnel Digital Marketing programs, Strategic Media Campaigns etc. This is a full-time position at our Los Angeles, CA offices.
Duties and Responsibilities
Insight Development – Partner with ecommerce team, planning, finance, other business groups, and third parties to identify customer insights
Strategy – Use insights to develop sound, fact-based marketing strategies to drive incremental ROI against business objectives
Planning – Partner with channel managers to develop omni-channel communication programs and measurement/testing plans stemming from the strategy
Execution – Ensure sound development and rollout of the omni-channel program and supporting tactics
Measurement and Optimization – quantify the business impact of the programs developed and continue to enhance performance over time
In addition own, develop and coordinate the assigned Marketing efforts.
This position will require experience managing timelines, budgets and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
