We are looking for a Mobile Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced Marketing team. The Mobile Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading SmileDirectClub’s SMS/MMS, mobile app, and direct mail communications throughout the customer journey. If you’re sharp, highly analytical, resourceful, and skilled at optimizing customer experiences, we want you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead mobile communication strategy throughout customer journey, including SMS & push notifications
  • Lead SMS/MMS content creation, deployment, & optimization
  • Lead Push Notification content creation, deployment, & optimization
  • Lead integration of SDC CRM platform with best-in-class mobile software solutions & partners, and keep SDC on cutting-edge of mobile CRM
  • Lead programmatic direct mail / CRM direct mail channel
  • Lead quality assurance across automation platforms
  • Develop reporting & analytics for managed channels, and continually optimize channels based on target KPIs
  • Manage bit.ly short domains & links
  • Lead coordination efforts with customer care to ensure a qualify customer experience with mobile notifications & 2-way communications
  • Manage SMS customer subscriptions & ensure CTIA compliance
  • Lead sourcing & implementation of location-services technology
  • Support SmileShop wayfinding with mobile solutions & landing pages
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team & entire organization on mobile communication initiatives
  • Lead Mobile Marketing Specialist team member and build out team as necessary

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing, SMS/push notification experience a plus.
  • A self-starter personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company.
  • Solid work ethic, with the ability to pick up new tasks quickly.
  • Highly attentive to detail.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Understands various social media platforms.
  • Positive attitude, and flexible personality.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
