Kaizen Ad is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team of savvy and passionate marketers. We are looking for a high energy, motivated person with exceptional marketing strategy, communication, and project management skills. You will help drive the end-to-end marketing & sales enablement strategy and execution across a broad range of global stakeholders from all teams within the business. This person will be a key member of the marketing team and will help raise brand awareness through various core marketing channels. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in acting as the day-to-day marketing lead for our North American marketing operations by helping with events and training seminars, creating content, and managing press efforts.

You will have worked in dynamic and fast-paced collaborative organizations and desire to take initiative to grow a successful business by setting up methodologies, processes, etc. This person will have the ability to change priorities quickly and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

Reporting to the Head of US Operations, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for all external B2B marketing messaging to our mobile advertisers, performance marketers and publisher partners. In addition, the Marketing Manager will work directly with the Head of Sales and operations team members on various go-to-market business strategies and execution plans.

  • Enhance the Kaizen Ad go-to-market strategy including: messaging, target audience, partner strategy, and competitive positioning
  • Lead the sales enablement & content development efforts including infographics, case studies, sales/product decks & packages, competitive positioning and strategic RFP support
  • Establish key relationships with cross-functional teams (including external PR team, sales, events, digital, design, product and executive stakeholders) to deliver world-class marketing communications for company-wide initiatives and goals
  • Drive external relationships & communication across key MMP, Programmatic & Industry partners
  • Cultivate strategic client relationships & communication across the Top Fortune 500 Advertising Brands & Top 100 Game Developers
  • Establish projects and hire agencies based on marketing and PR needs
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years of related work experience
  • Deep understanding of online and mobile advertising ecosystems.
  • Experience in media/advertising and mobile app industry.
  • Proven track-record of problem-solving in challenging and innovative environments
  • Analytical and quantitative; enjoys using data to derive deep insights into the business objectives
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, including turning complex ideas into simple messages
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to solicit relevant customer feedback and competitive intelligence and provide actionable information for positioning, messaging, sales strategy direction
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Product Suite Prior experience in ad tech and knowledge of online and mobile advertising ecosystem is a plus
