About the role
This role leads a team of customer service professionals who provide initial advice and direction to internal and external customers regarding HR related enquiries within a fast paced Contact Centre environment.
We are looking for leaders who are comfortable with working in a high energy, fast paced environment with the ability to engage and lead their people through Change to achieve set KPIs
Team Leader experience within a Customer Service Contact Centre
A passion for people leadership, coaching & development and the ability to drive team engagement
Previous HR knowledge and/or experience desirable
Note: Ability to work on a rotating shift roster between the hours of
7:30am- 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Total Remuneration Package: $113,465. Package includes salary ($92,470 – $102,359), employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
