Our Nelson team are looking for an outstanding customer service extraordinaire! We have an exciting opportunity for a warm, professional and efficient Front Counter Customer Service Representative to join us on a part time basis.
Cool, calm and customer focused, you’ll be manning our front desk to ensure queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Your friendly and open manner will mean you are quick to establish rapport with the people in our community. Greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls and assisting our clients and readers face to face will be the main communication channels you will be responsible for.
