Framingham Family Resource Center (FRC)
Family Resource Case Manager
The Family Resource Case Manager (FSR) provides information
and educational resources to family members in addition to providing referrals
to community resources. The FRS develops the FRC calendar and hosts Parent and youth
support groups. The FRS is responsible for recruiting and providing support to
volunteers who shall lead specialized support groups as needed, as well as managing
donations. The FRS is also responsible for the management of the FRC database.
Must have exceptional customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
and multi-task. Weekly evening hours and one Saturday per month are required.
Bilingual/Bicultural candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
Minimum of an Associate Degree in Human Services or related field required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience working with at risk families, and knowledge of support services a plus.
