The Digital Media Manager will lead the planning, execution, monitoring and optimisation of our online marketing efforts. They will also contribute to the promotion of products and services through digital channels.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Develop digital marketing strategies to build lasting connections with consumers providing creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Manage the digital Media activities across the business including Social Media, Paid Search, Display, Retargeting and Native advertising channels
Assist in the set up and reporting of performance advertising campaigns
Coordinate resources within the digital media and production teams to deliver and traffic successful digital campaigns
Manage a small growing Digital Team and f oster a culture and environment of continuous improvement, with a hunger to continually exceed prior performance ensuring a timely execution.
Assist in measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, hitwise, similar web, DCM);
PPC campaign management – keyword research, campaign set up, monitoring and reporting
Knowledge and Experience
3+ year’s experience digital media roles with at least 1 year in a leadership position
Have a creative flair with an eye for good design with excellent attention to detail, strong copywriting and communication skills, strong analytical skills, proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint with strong administrative skills.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Demonstrated experience with the following:
B2C social media
Bing Ads and email campaigns / SEM
Ad serving tools (e.g., DCM, Sizmek)
Web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, hitwise, similar web etc.)
B id Management tools such as Kenshoo, Marin, Adobe Media Optimizer is highly desirable
Setting up and maintain PPC campaigns
