This is a fantastic opportunity for a communications leader to head up a global internal communication and engagement framework. You will work closely with an inspiring Executive team, curate side-splittingly fun events focused on team-building and learning, and develop and deliver communication strategies and products which drive business outcomes. Key to this role is an ability to deliver strategic communication and an excellent employee experience.
This is a maternity leave 12 month fixed term contract.
What you’ll do
Execute the communications strategy and subsequent channels, events and outputs to deliver communications objectives throughout the company
Establish trusted relationships with all Executives and Senior leaders so you can support, advise and coach on communication style and content. This includes messaging, event speaking, day-to-day meeting and message dissemination within teams across the globe to ensure a sense of inclusion and drive results
Provide ongoing change communication strategy and advice
Provide a broad communication support service to global business
Support CEO 1:1 for all internal communication including regular messaging, videos, Town Halls, breakfasts and other presentations
Align internal activities with external campaigns
Drive engagement through timely, informative, two-way communication channels and events
Create and maintain a communication conduit between OFXers and their senior leaders through pulse surveys, engagement opportunities, messaging
Deliver integrated global campaigns
Drive our global Reward & Recognition Program
What you’ll bring
Bachelor degree in communications or related field at a minimum
Minimum 8 years’ experience in internal communications management
Change management strategy and communication experience essential, ideally within a global organisation
Copywriting experience producing technically superior business writing and communication skills
Proven record influencing, coaching, relationship building and supporting senior leaders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with transparency and high quality internal customer service
Strategic and commercial thinking, ability to execute with transparency and timeliness and meets deadlines and a high attention to detail.
