The Wells Fargo Targeted Sourcing Team supports identifying and attracting top diverse experienced talent to Wells Fargo by fully leveraging the following key strategic areas: proactive direct sourcing, specialized marketing initiatives/events, referrals and military veteran strategy and sourcing. Sourcing of diverse talent includes female, Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American/Alaskan Native, Asian, Native Hawaiian/other Pacific Islander, and LGBTQIA candidates, people with disabilities, as well as military veterans.

The Wells Fargo Targeted Sourcing Team is seeking a Business Initiatives Consultant (BIC) 2 to lead Strategic Pipelining, Partnerships, and Operations initiatives. The individual will provide leadership support in the strategic planning and execution of external partnership strategy for lateral diversity pipelining, support developing and executing diversity marketing strategy, partner with LOB and Lateral recruiting to execute on signature events, develop and execute employee referral program and partner with Business Initiatives Analyst (BIA) on developing team processes, reporting, and execution.

The talent acquisition diversity recruiting environment is extremely fast paced and deadline focused. The selected candidate will lead in an environment where work is performed quickly without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or candidate, business partner, and customer experience.

The leader will act as a consultant to a broad array of stakeholders, and will regularly engage in negotiating, influencing, and advising others across multiple geographies to help drive Talent Acquisition, Strategy and Delivery towards its goal of building a strong, diverse pipelines of talent through the most efficient and compliant means.

Responsibilities will include:
Work and partner with members of the team on the strategy and thought leadership around targeted diversity programs and lateral recruiting strategy aligned with as follows:

Direct targeted sourcing Strategy

Specialized Marketing Initiatives and Market aligned Signature events

Diversity Recruiting Conferences

Military Veteran Talent Sourcing Strategy

Oversight of Enterprise Referral Program

Operational Excellence, Process Management and Process Improvement

Serve as the program project manager and lead the program execution

Provide leadership for the integration and/or implementation of cross-functional initiatives in partnership with National Partnerships and Programs team, other Enterprise talent acquisition teams and LOB stakeholders

Manage the lateral diversity recruiting strategy in partnership with National Partnerships and Programs and Enterprise talent acquisition teams

Partner with members of the team to build and execute specific target market lateral diversity recruiting strategies

Partner with business initiatives analyst to develop metrics and analyze the ROI and effectiveness of lateral diversity programs and events

The selected candidate will engage in events that will require travel during fall, spring and summer recruiting seasons.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Desired Qualifications

A BS/BA degree or higher

Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Strong relationship management skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Ability to form a story through data analysis

Other Desired Qualifications

Experience in consulting and building strategic staffing plans for critical business functions

Experience in delivering innovative sourcing solutions/strategies to attract top diverse talent

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and manage through change

Experience recruiting or diversity recruiting

Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated success in assessing and evaluating outcomes

Knowledge of Wells Fargo recruiting policies, procedures, systems and databases

Knowledge of Wells Fargo businesses and lateral diversity recruiting strategies

Strong understanding of the diversity recruiting landscape and competitor best practices

Experience developing relationships with leading national diversity organizations

Military experience

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
