About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Branch Network, the Manager is responsible for managing NSWTGs Wollongong Branch and its staff to ensure preplanning and estate administration services meet client needs in an efficient yet cost effective way. This role will lead and develop a team of staff to deliver high quality, consistent and timely services within budget and consistent with NSWTGs strategic priorities and provide advice on complex estates matters and draft complex preplanning instruments
The role will work with Business Development and Communications to undertake and implement local business development to increase uptake of NSWTGs services and products including preplanning days, community education and stakeholder engagement activities.

The role will also actively contribute to major organisational change by aligning the branch resources, systems, processes, workforce diversity and performance and role modelling NSWTG’s values and behaviours.

To be successful in this position you will be an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering a high standard of service to our clients every time. You will have high attention to detail, demonstrated ability in handling complex and escalated matters in a professional manner and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will also have a sound knowledge of preplanning instruments and estate administration, be one who is able to build a strong relationship with clients and colleagues alike and contribute to the NSW Trustee & Guardian’s business plans, procedures and processes to achieve operational targets.
