4-year college degree in related field or equivalent progressive experience in leasing and operations
5+ years in operations/sales with proven results in increased sales and revenues
Real estate or property management experience preferred
Passion for driving engagement and success initiatives for associates, communities and the Company
Excellent customer service skills while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
Demonstrated experience in development of strategic lead generation and lead nurturing initiatives
Self-starter with ability to work independently within identified parameters
Superior collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple departments and functions within the organization
Strong analytical skills and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to motivate on-site teams and set and monitor goals
Expert time-management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
Ability to quickly adapt to an often-changing and rapid-paced work environment
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and the Real Page product suite
Ability to travel up to 50% and work long hours, including some weekends

The Operations Support Manager, Operations reports directly to the VP of Operations.
