We have a great client based in Indianapolis, IN who is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join their team of highly dedicated professionals. This client has set the standards for innovative planned giving marketing solutions and serves thousands of charities, hospitals and educational institutions throughout the United States.
The Administrative Assistant is a critical position responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the office. This includes assisting in daily office needs, mailings, scanning, faxing and copying to management, as well as maintaining an electronic and hard copy filing system. This position will ensure that all conference travel and displays are arranged for Managers.
