Support the Acquisition Marketing Manager to develop and implement Broadband campaigns to attract new customers, cross-sell Broadband to existing TV customers and migrate customers from ADSL to the nbn.
Assist the team where required with broadcast marketing material.
Work across a broad set of media channels and owned assets, including but not limited to TV, Radio, Digital, Social, On-Platform TV, Print, eDM and DM.
Brief the data delivery team on all upcoming Broadband campaigns.
Develop and build emails within Salesforce.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in sales, product, legal, media, production agencies and suppliers to ensure campaigns are successfully delivered and maximise sales results.
Work closely with brand, legal and product marketing teams to achieve alignment and compliance across all collateral
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Marketing communications role, and be tertiary level qualification in Marketing or a related field.
Demonstrated experience working in a Telco or Financial Services experience is desirable
You will ideally be experienced with a broad set of Retail, Direct Marketing and Customer channels; TV, Radio, Digital, Print, eDM and DM.
Demonstrated experienced in Data Driven campaigning with understanding of marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
You will have demonstrated experience executing integrated multi touchpoint campaigns is desirable
Proven Project Management Skills and experience.
Overall, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, flexible and creative approach to problem solving and coping with ever changing work demands
