We are seeking a candidate who can work well with numbers without sacrificing accuracy and efficiency. The candidate can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple financial related tasks and provide transparent and complete reports to management. The candidate should have a firm grasp of bookkeeping and accounting practices and possess strong computer and critical thinking skills. Must understand cash flow and work with excel programs. Expert knowledge of Quick books or other similar financial program a must. Maintains company budget and variance reports.

Additional areas shall include:

– Records day to day financial transactions and verify that transactions are recorded correctly.

– Enters data, maintain records to prepare financial statements.

– Must be capable of handling voluminous amounts of information regarding accounts receivable/payable/payroll, benefits, 401K information

– Performs weekly cash flow and budgetary reporting and analysis; and investigates issues.

– Analyzes and prepares financial statements, including balance sheets and statements of financial position.

– Runs bi-weekly payroll through outside Payroll Company

– Must have basic understanding of Payroll procedures

Requirements:

§ Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Accounting.

§ Good experience will be considered.

§ Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.

§ Attention to detail.

§ Extremely dependable
